1 Partners that have a guaranteed speaking opportunity are required to submit their session information 12 weeks in advance of the conference, or ASUG reserves the right to allocate that speaking slot to another partner company. If the session is a Customer Story, it must be shared alongside a customer in the room. If a customer is not confirmed by 12 weeks in advance of the conference, ASUG reserves the right to adjust the speaking slot to a Roundtable Discussion format.
2 A Silver-level partner may submit a session during the Call for Proposals period. Please note, if your session is selected, it is not part of your sponsorship package, and ASUG is not required to provide you with session scans at the close of the event.
3 The pre- and post-conference networking list contains the company name, name, job title, email address, and phone number of registered delegates who opt-in to receive communications from sponsors.
