1 Partners that have a guaranteed speaking opportunity are required to submit their session information 12 weeks in advance of the conference, or ASUG reserves the right to allocate that speaking slot to another partner company.
2 Sponsored recognition in attendee newsletters will send separately from planned conference communications; ASUG will provide data to sponsor. Sponsor provides content and imagery: ASUG is entitled to adjust for branding and style. Final content will be formatted into existing conference template and branding. Sponsor is entitled to metrics 24 hours after email sends. We will provide additional instructions under separate cover. We will send emails to attendees prior to the event.
3 The pre and post-conference networking list contains the company name, name, job title, email address, and phone number of registered delegates who opt-in to receive communications from sponsors.
